DickiesMen's Work Utility Pants

I got these as a woman, with the plan to turn over the top and make the pants low waisted and they are absolutely perfect! I am usually around a 26w and I got the 30w so that I had a bit more room for my hips as they’re designed to fit a man’s body type.

The 874 always come a size small, so I always go up one size (I'm a 34/32, but I buy a 36/32 in the Dickies 874). Comfortable, light and so well priced. Also the Air Force Blue colourway in the 874 (not the flex) is not easy to come by in the UK, so I was happy to get hold of them. Happy customer. Thank you.

These are just what I wanted because I prefer ongoing predictability of the range rather than following current fashion and wondering if they will fit. I measure my waist at 32" and the 32" waist trousers fit me well and I know that when I reorder someday those will fit too. It worked to go slightly longer on the leg length seeing as they do sit higher than many modern styles. They also fit over my calves well; I am hardly well-built but some more modern "tailored"- or "straight"-leg trousers can kind of get caught. The material feels some thick and rough but the trousers feel comfortable and I expect them to be hard-wearing. The belt loops are wide and the zipper and clasp are metal. My only complaint is the side pocket shape: they are deep but they taper so each holds not much more than one rectangular thing.

LE pantalon qu'il m'a fallait pour aller bosser tous les jours. Bonne coupe, suffisamment large pour être confortable toute la journée, toile résistante, pas besoin de repassage, couleur bleu marine parfaite. Attention : taille serré, j'ai dû échanger pour une taille au-dessus de ce que je fais d'habitude.
