I bought the roller shoes during my stay in Miami. When I returned to Buenos Aires my granddaughter found that the wheel locks do not work and she can not use them because the wheels go inside, When I report this situation Amazon asks me to return the shoes from Miami, which is not possible for me. Is there an alternative that allows me to claim for the failed product?

My niece loves it, it's a little big on her, but she is really skinny, so it's her feet, so I believe that is the reason. But she loves this shoes!Thanks!
