Seller (Matt) made sure things worked
I'm not tech savvy, so needed Matt's help in configuring the router. Took me a while, but it always does. Nothing is plug and play. A couple of calls to Matt and then to CenturyLink to get passwords -- bingo. Good product, great service.

This device was defective.
I bought this device so that I would not have to rent a similar one from the vendor providing my Internet phone service. I I also bought it because it was used (and therefore less expensive than a new one), but the seller promoted it as working. Unfortunately, this device did not work. I also had my internet phone service vendor try to install it, and they confirmed that the device was bad. I guess you get what you pay for...smh

No longer leasing.
I needed to contact my internet provider to get this up and running (activate) So glad I did. Works 100% and seems faster than the leased modem I now no longer need to keep paying for.

I would like a refund or another one that works
it will not connect to the internet. I had the technicians walked through it and also tried to connect this modem which was verified as compatible and it will not connect at all. I would like a refund or another one that works.
