Good quality shower tap and control valve.
With this valve, I can now turn off the shower after soaking myself. I can then wash, and then turn the shower back on with the water temperature the same as when I turned it off. This shower is not thermostatically controlled as it is operated by the bath taps, so this valve makes it much more convenient to turn it off and on again. The valve looks good quality and I have not noticed any drop in pressure. It can also adjust the flow rate of the water. I fitted mine at the tap end of the shower hose as it was more convenient for me. It only took a few minutes to fit. If the lever does not not end up where you want it after tightening, you could try using extra/thinner washers in the fitting. Maybe also PTFE tape. Very pleased with this product.

MARVELOUS ! - Cured my long time dripping mixer shower
My mains-pressure combi boiler mixer shower would always drip slightly unless you used excessive force to turn it off. There was a risk it would be pulled off its mountings! I can now turn it off gently and this little gadget prevents it dripping. Absolutely Fabulous! Update1... many weeks later and its is STILL WORKING PERFECTLY. Very pleased. Update2: After 2+ years (approx 2500 showers!) it has started to drip VERY slightly. I'm totally fine with that and have ordered another :-) Only downside is that the bore is VERY narrow so it does reduce pressure slightly. This is not a problem for us though as the mains pressure is obviously high and I have no other restrictions in the pipework..

Stopped my drip
- Bought to stop an old shower valve/mixer dripping - Screwed in hand right at the valve end of the shower hose without ptfe tape (didn't want to put the hose under pressure) and works a charm, pleasantly surprised - Only had a week so no comments on reliability

Better than some.
Works well on shower and nice smoothe operation. Corners are a bit sharp though so would be better rounded.

Excellent item
Excellent - stopped a dripping rain shower head. Easy to install between the head and the pipe. It also has no impact on the flow pressure when it’s opened and shower running. Great item

Good quality
This product is heavy and is good quality. Had it for a few months now and still no issues. Its valve really does control the flow of water. It doesn't seem to slow down the flow at the wide open setting and then if you want you can use the valve to slow down the flow to any amount (even stop the flow). I would recommend to buy this to others.

Good Valve
Bought for a thermostatic shower valve that was passing and unable to get spare cartridge. Installed between valve and shower flex and this stopped the leaking shower head. good value.

Leaked
Came with no washer so once tightened it leaked. Bought some washers hopefully it will stop leaks.

Habe in der Dusche einen Thermostat und der hat angefangen zu tropfen. Statt einen neuen Thermostat zu kaufen (ca. 150€) habe ich den Ventil gesetzt und der erfühlt meine Erwartungen. Jetzt tropft nicht und ich habe Ruhe. Klare Empfehlung.
