Is this to be used as your only face cleanser, or should it be used before or after another cleanser?

Hi! Our oil to milk cleanser is formulated to gently cleanse skin without stripping it of moisture. You can use it as your primary cleanser, or as the 1st step in a double cleansing routine (you'd follow it up with a cleanser that isn't oil-based). We always recommend toning after cleansing for optimal results.

Is this Celiac friendly and gluten free? I see it has oats in the ingredients list which can be cross-contaminated.
