Not As Labeled
These are not actually 2N2222 transistors, they are 2N2222A (stamped on case). There are differences that might be important in your application, and unfortunately there is no data sheet on the Amazon site or with the product. So you are kind of 'out there' to figure out the operating specs for this transistor. In many cases it should work fine as a switching transistor, but getting a different device than was advertised and no data sheet is not ideal.
