This story is a real mystery for DI Lennox and DS Wilde. A body, identified, a ransom, paid, and then things begin to look "wrong". The detectives are kept in the dark by the ransom payer. They both have ideas until forensics come up with startling news! Lennox has a shock, a "nasty" has traced him from Glasgow and is out for revenge. This is an excellent story, a bit brutal, rough and violent caused by criminals. It's a good read with a heart stopping finale. Loved it!!

A wife exterminating money from her husband, a hospital farming organs and an old adversary going after Lennox. An interesting tale of bullying and embezzlement of individuals unable to help themselves.

I really enjoyed this book,the characters were great and it wasnt the usual murder,mystery, but I like this author xGreat

Love this Author, I've read all her books and find once started can never put them down. Really enjoyed this one, kept me guessing a!l the way through. Hope Harry stays as I love his relationship with his partner Jess. Would recommend any book by this Author.

A big fan of this author and wasn't disappoint.This was one amazing thriller right from the start to the end deffinetlykeeps you guessing right to the end. Love the character's in this book and looking forward to the next book.

Always a good read and a page turning is easy with this style of writing.

Very good read ... twists and turns and a great twisted finish . All in all a good end to the trilagy x
