This was an easy install, just took the cover plate off and screwed it on. The unit does what I needed it to do , move warm air around the room.

I waited over 6 months to do this review to make sure it stayed as a functional device through the winter and it has worked wonderfully. The application was in upstate PA about 120 miles east of Erie for climate questions (some lake effect).This is listed with the model heater my mother has (Comfort Glow). I chose it because it looked the most like her units one which had burned out after 30 yrs. Once received, size wise it was almost identical, I was able to swap the case with the fan setup. I just had to drill a couple of holes for mounting alignment and splice the wiring into the existing toggle setup (used the new plug setup). It is very quiet on low speed, but the fan noise is noticeable though not irritating on high speed.As long as the person doing this is mechanically/electrically capable, I can recommend this, it's basic level stuff. It's just a little time consuming doing the modifications properly and half that is breaking down the existing unit and testing fitment ...and undoing and testing fitment etc...I had also did the gas pilot feed, so I was into this for the whole kitty.Replacing both these parts of the unit has made it a very reliable consistent device again and her electric bill has come down as well.

was installed easily at a fraction of the cost of one pre installed in a wall heater. doesnt blow the hardest, but it does circulate the warm air.

This fan doesn't work like it should auto never comes on and manual is just on the whole time

The media could not be loaded. If it were any stronger the air wouldn’t be as warm . Easy to install, cheap upgrade that really changed the heat dispersion with it. All the heat isn’t moving straight up any longer. It’s not terribly loud. In the video I said It was like a bathroom fan from the 1990’s but that’s maybe exaggerating. It became white noise to me.
