Comfortable at last!
Comfortable and easy to use. When arrives need to adjust air in it for personal comfort ie not too pumped (bigger is not better especially for elderly) nor too little air as uncomfortable, and doesn't work to protect skin ..once you know the amount is great! Keep eye on it and top up occasionally. Has transformed my sleep! Sore no more! I have ME /CFS and find it helps with pain.

Very Flimsy Over Priced Product
The medical research and testing does not justify the cost of £288 for a double mattress product which is no more than a flimsy sofisticated beach air bed. It is Not electric self inflating like a double camping mattress which cost around £60 or supplied with a separate electric air pump which would cost around £20. The valves are vulnerable to leeks and the plastic easily damaged or punctured. It is a poor product that justifies its cost and exploits desperate people by using the term 'Medical'. Look for alternatives.

Disappointed
Ordered double pressure relieving double mattress. Has to be inflated in two single parts which are joined together. Within two days of using, one side had deflated and has a fault somewhere as will not reflate. Can not return as using inflated side on top of mattress for elderly mother to sleep on and is needed.Seems quite flimsy and is difficult to get pump attached to inflate, however, once inflated seems to do the job. Disappointed only one side working, unable to return and is expensive for faulty product.

Comfortable but flimsy.
The mattress is comfortable but it is hard work to pump it up. After some 4 months, it developed a slow leak and needed to be pumped up again every 2-3 days. Amazon sent me a replacement yesterday which clearly had been used before and has a leaky valve which lets the air out almost as fast as you pump it up. Very disappointed that they didn't send me a new one but one that had been previously returned. Not happy with the product or the service that I have received.
