Great case
I picked up the Syntech Protective Case for my Steam Deck and it’s been a great addition. The fit is snug and feels like it was designed specifically for the device. It adds a noticeable layer of protection without feeling bulky or heavy. The texture gives just the right amount of grip, so the Deck feels more secure in my hands during longer sessions. All the cutouts line up perfectly, and I haven’t had any trouble with buttons, ports, or airflow. Overall, it does exactly what I wanted: protects the Steam Deck and keeps it comfortable to hold without adding extra bulk. Solid, reliable case that I’d recommend if you want protection without overdoing it.

Fits great and stick covers are awesome!
Fits my steam deck oled very well. Some people complained about the flimsiness of the case but after a few hours it conformed to the deck. When installing it, you have to stretch the rubber a bit to install but as I said it conforms after a bit. The analog stick covers are comfy, look good, and they don’t do the thing where they drag on the plastic when you move them as much at all. Not enough to bother me at least. Comfy, great grip, and stylish! Would recommend.

Good protection/usability balance
I'm pretty pleased overall. It's a little bit difficult to get the cover on - due to its one-piece design, you will have to fold and stretch it a bit to get the Steam Deck inside. But once it's situated, everything's snug without being excessively tight and every port and opening lines up perfectly. The white color I got is nice and bright and doesn't so far seem to pick up much discoloration. It's a fairly thin cover, which has pros and cons. It's definitely not going to save your device from a good hard fling or a long fall, but it's plenty for absorbing accidentally being swung into a table edge or dropped to the floor. A screen protector (which this fits with perfectly) is recommended. An advantage to this is that you can still use it in a dock or its carrying case without issue, as it adds very little thickness. The thumbstick covers are a nice little bonus that helps save wear on the actual thumbsticks in addition to helping give the whole thing a more cohesive look. I'm sure there are more solid cases that would offer more robust protection, but I think if you just want a little bit of basic whoops-dropped-it-on-the-floor type protection for around the house that won't require you to constantly take it out of the cover and put it back in, this is a fine candidate.

Get a larger case and use Skull & Co. Stick covers.
Fits the Steam Deck OLED perfectly but the thumbsticks it comes with are not a perfect fit so the only thumbsticks I recommend are the "Skull & Co. Skin... stick cover for xbox" these fit perfectly with this product. I also bought a larger case because even though this product IS compatible with the official steam deck carryibg case it is a VERY snug fit and im not comfortable with it being so snug. BASICALLY... if you get this, buy a larger carrying case. I also would love more colors like orange or purple.

Perfect case for steam deck
this case is wonderful! i absolutely love it. the texture is amazing. (though, i do recommend rinsing it with water first, it has that silicon "powdery" feeling to it at first). its very comfortable to hold and adds little to no weight to my deck. its more grey than blue in my opinion though (which i'm actually really happy about), gorgeous color! the grip it adds is awesome. and it still fits in my oled case that came with the steam deck. the thumb grips that came with it are lovely and comfortable, but they add too much height to my joysticks. i would imagine people with bigger or longer hands would probably enjoy them. it looks great with or without the thumbsticks. extra comments for finding your steam deck a case: before this i bought one of those pvc cases with a small kickstand from amazon. it was pretty nice but the texture was too smooth, added too much bulk and weight, started staining, and if you take it off and put it on too much the plastic bits that hold it together falls off. it was difficult to get used to and very very heavy. this syntech case is very very different. it was so easy to put on. its a perfect fit. the buttons and d pad have full cutouts. this is the main thing to look for. some cases dont have the "full" cutouts they have cutouts for EACH button, which makes the buttons too shallow and hard to get used to. tldr: this case is perfect if you want to customize your deck (looks awesome without the need of installing one of those sticky skins), protect your deck, or make your deck more comfortable to hold. its great, get it.

Absolutely Great!
I bought this to replace the K!llswitch case from Dbrand, While I loved the case it had one fatal flaw, for a texture based person the grip on it was absolutely horrendous not quite nails on a chalkboard bad but up there, after a while it would cause my palms to ache, I stuck it out for a while because it was expensive and I loved everything else about it, but in the end it was causing me to not use my SteamDeck. This was the second best option and i wish I had gone with it from the beginning. While it may not be a hard shell or nearly as sturdy (Dropping the SteamDeck in either would be "GAME OVER") It is extremely well made and provides enough cushion that minor scraps, bumps and bangs should be no problem the real reason you would want something like this. The grip is not as grippy and it's grooves are bit too deep for my liking but it feels pretty good, gives it a pretty cool look and most of all protects it There's some pro's and cons to it though. Pros: 1) It fits really well, everything is perfectly accessible there's no blocked vents, covered buttons or any sag really (in some spots it's a tiny bit loose) but overall you could play your SteamDeck in any position and not have to worry about it obstructing the buttons or anything. 2) The silicon feels great very velvety not like a glove but more like a silicon mold 3) the off-white version i got really look good on it 4) if you need to modify it to your taste it's really simple just to cut it with a razor to fix any defects it might have such as being too close to a button or in my case a little too close to the triggers 5) It actually kind of helps the B button without a sleeve the B button is kind of rounded off on the side of the SteamDeck leading to some wierd clicks on it (pressing a little to the side causes it to hit the chassis a bit) the sleeve helps center the button more so it's more of a straight up and down click. 6) It's only $20 as of writing this, and while it's not cheap it's definitely worth it. Cons: 1) Mostly just the grip grooves, they're not that bad but after a while it kind of leaves a pressure mark on your hands nothing too major 2) getting it onto the SteamDeck is a bit rough you have to stretch it a little and jig it into the sleeve being careful not to get the buttons or sticks but it wasn't too bad and it snapped right back to shape. 3) It may require a little bit of modifying since it's obviously molded and not perfectly cut, also the buttons are a little bit recessed since they don't stick up very high to begin with but in all actuality it doesn't really feel that different, just takes a little getting used to. So overall I give this a 4.7 out of 5 stars. It has some drawbacks but nothing that would even warrant docking a star, especially when considering the price vs the K!llswitch It would've been nice to have a slot for MicroSD cards and maybe a different approach to the grip but I really like it.

Durable & long lasting
I've had this case now for about a year and it's incredibly durable, and adds a layer of protection to my steam deck that eases my mind as a clumsy gamer. It doesn't add to much size, as the device is already bulky. It stays put when you play handheld, is easy to put on, and good quality for the money. It's a flexible silicone material but it isn't slippery feeling. I recommend getting this if you want to keep your steam deck safe for an affordable price.

Pretty good
This was so much softer than I expected It to be. I was expecting hard otterbox material but I was shocked when It was light weight and smooth. I love the color and It was actually pretty easy to put on, although I suggest turning the steam deck off first. The only thing that gave me a bit of a hard time was the joystick grippers, the little yellow pieces from hell. The took forever to put on, overall 10/10
