Great Chinese slicer
Obviously a western company making a Chinese slicer style knife so its not traditional however it is really rather good. I bought this at the same time as a Ken Hot wooden handle version, I prefer the Ken Hot knife however for ease of use this cannot be beaten. I'm happy to put it in the dishwasher, the steel is not too hard to risk chipping and its razor sharp out of the box (and east to sharpen). Definitely a keeper!

Tremendous knive
Very good the weight of it really helps you to cut and it was sharp enough but not like Japanese who are really sharp but it’s excellent enough to use, I have had other knives from this manufacturer for years and the price was very good as well

A great piece of kitchen equipment
Very sharp and very easy to touch up. Great for vegetables and cutting up chicken. Needs a sheath..

Good knife for the money
Bought this to see if Chinese cleavers suited my cooking and am overall very happy. The knife sits well in the hand and is balanced quite nicely. I’m really enjoying the large blade for scooping food off the chopping board. I don’t think this is a knife I will use long term however as it feels very western - the blade only holds an edge OK and the whole blade feels too fat

Very good quality at a good price.

Impressive
It is sharp only time will tell how long the blade holds this but what impresses me most is the weight. I have a blade half this size and i would swear it's heavier. Of course the smaller blade was a lot cheaper so perhaps the lightness is a sign of quality. Only niggle would have been the size being a bit unweildly but the lack of weight compensates for this by far.

Good value and Hugh quality.
Finally took the plunge and bought a decent Chinese chef's knife. This is actually great value and the quality is top notch. I have a set of 'Global' brand Japanese knives and they are very poor. One blade actually broke clean off as I was using it. They are four times the price. It's got good weight to it. I hand wash only and it looks as good as new after several months of daily use. It's razor sharp and easy to sharpen even for the unskilled! About to buy the brand again.

Sharp knife and durable blade
Quite balanced weight with the handle and blade. You can use the tip of the blade to do some fine cut and it can chop some chicken bone with the end of blade. Country of origin was not found on the packaging. Not sure it is made in German/other country.
