They do work well, always seem to stave off a urinary tract infection for me. Just take them when I start to get symptoms

Great product, delivered quickly and intact.
I used to use D Mannose years ago, this is the first time in a while I have had a UTI that just wouldn't shift- and we all know how miserable that makes you feel. One day in and I'm starting to feel much better, I don't know how these work- they just do! I am taking 2 per day for now, and will reduce to one when everything is clear. The pills are large, but easy to break in half. Definitely worth a try if you suffer from cystitis / UTI's

Too much plastic, too many fillers in the ingredient list.
Arrived on time and in perfect condition, but! I went on the Amazon recommendation and regret it.I don't like the large amount of plastic packaging for so few pills, the size of the pills are difficult to swallow and the quantity of fillers/other ingredients (beyond D-mannose) are unnecessary.I'll stick to capsules with a higher D-mannose content.
