Thus was my first use of jointing compound. It has been very effective. However, a small tube of the stuff would be more than enough.

Good for installing joints
I'm only an amateur, and I bought this when local DIY store run out of PTFE tape. I actually found this easier to use, and it did a very good job on the taps I was installing. Recommended.

I bought this for a small plumbing job- replacing a shower connection into the bathroom wall.This stuff is invaluable for making sure that there won’t be any leaks.I used this together with Teflon tape and the connection is watertight.Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
