Beautiful stool for the money, first stool took about 1hr 15 m by the time I got done time was down to 30min. Very well designed everything matched up, had no problems at all lining up where pieces were to be connected. Throw away allen wrench provided and use ratchet screwdriver and ratchet wrench with allen socket

Love these stools as they look great, appear to be very sturdy! My only complaint and reason we didn't give it a 5 is that of the 4 we bought all 4 hardware packages that included screws and washers needed to assemble were busted open in the shipping box even though the outsides of the boxes weren't damaged. They were fairly easy to put together and we love the end product!

I purchased four of these. They take forever to put together. 2 were scratched and Safaviah pushed me back to Amazon customer service. They wanted me to take all 4 apart and return which would take hours. They have no replacement parts so be careful when ordering and be sure. Now available at a lower price but Amazon asked that I reorder 4 more chairs to get the lower price. lol! This couldn't be real........

My first concern was the hardware list did not match the set up instructions, we had to buy additional washers. As you can see in the picture the package of hardware was stapled shut and the hardware was scattered everywhere in the box. The instructions say it will take 10 minutes to assemble it, I don’t even think you could unpack it that quick, I think an hour per chair would be more accurate. And also the picture of the chair shows the quality of the workmanship, look at how uneven the round metal buttons are. Overall they do seem sturdy once you actually do have them assembled.

Quality is good, not the best. I like the design and style.
