Very Good for DIYers but not the best for Trade use
Bought this to help me correctly install 15 ceiling down lighters. I wanted to ensure they were all aligned front to back and side to side. Before buying this laser line kit I looked at the equivalent De Walt, Makita and Bosch laser lines generators.2 things to be aware of:A set of 4 high capacity batteries last around 5 hours if left switched on. To be fair the supplied documentation states a 4 hour battery life. I did not need the laser to be on all the time because once you have marked out your light installations points on the ceiling you no longer need the lasers to be on.The second thing to be aware of is that although both horizontal and vertical laser beams project a 360 degree line they are not a continuous line in each plane. This is because the 4 corners of the protective cap that fits over each lens blocks part of the projected lines that are shone on the wall and ceiling. The 4 gaps are no more than 3centimetres each so although a little disconcerting it is not a major flaw. For £100 more than the cost of this item you can buy a De Walt with continuous laser lines. The projected laser lines are very accurate from zero degrees to 360 degrees. The laser unit is well made and comes with a calibration chart, 4 AA batteries and a magnetic clamp to hold the laser unit on say a vertical scaffold pole. All items are supplied in a zipped soft case about the size of a paperback book.Is is good value for money? If you are a DIYer then without any doubt yes it is. There are very few 360 degree combined vertical and horizontal laser line generators at this price point. However for trade use you are probably better off buying a £250 laser line generator that gives you no break 360 degree lines because time is money for you and you can also use the same manufacturer’a laser plumb bob marker and laser receiver for very accurate measuring. I costed these items at a total of £450 for De Walt kit.

Not sure if they work or not. I don't see a laser line any better with them.
Don't really know what to say. I personally don't see any better with these on than without them. However, the Huepar laser I bought these with is great so I can't complain. I can't give more or less than 3 stars because I don't know why I don't see any better with them. It could be the quality of the laser in which case others may benefit from these. Or it could be that the don't work.

No help.
Whilst they would probably work as safety glasses and I like that they are adjustable, they don't help you see the Lazer line or dot any easier, defeating the point.
