Koolpak Luxury Reusable Hot and Cold Pack 13 x 14cm

I keep a couple of these in the freezer, two different sizes for various uses. Perfect for knee and joint pains. Not tried it with heat yet as my pains require cold treatment to reduce swelling and inflamation

Love the size for my toddlerA must have in the cupboard. I think it could hold the coldness longer though!

Bought this for the kids in the school and it’s much easier to use for the little ones than the standard long ones. Freezes well and quick.
