I think it works for me since I dnt really excerise much and it does help to work my back and abdomen.

Wheel fell off the first time I used it and one of the bands broke on the 5 th use

Was working great but did 100 repetitions and the damn wheel broke off. I'm not even THAT heavy...

Loved this, great workout BUT I adjusted the resistance bands and started going at it and one band broke in half😡Emailed the company and I'm hoping they will replace it. 🤞
