Tiffany really drove home the importance of business etiquette in today's environment. I think is a great read, particularly for the younger generation just now entering the workforce whose experiences and business understanding was more severely impacted by COVID. This book is SO well-written and I don’t impress easily. It kept my attention the whole time. There are 12 easy-to-read chapters so it took 12 days to read before I started thinking at a higher level about presenting myself at my job. Polished gives critical advice that is not talked about in the workplace or learned in any classroom. The book offers great coaching for anyone interested in succeeding in their career and projecting more confidence. Worth every penny and every minute of your time!
