Seeds are not fresh, very bitter in taste
The seeds are not fresh, you won't be able to remove the outer layer (you may need a hammer or some device) because they are not fresh, their outer layers became so hard because they r old. Only 2-3 seeds are fresh & their layers are easily removable due to their freshness. The chocolate I prepared turnout very bitter as there were all old seeds. Instead of spending 2-3 hundred on these seeds, I would have gotten two big dairy milk chocolates or other brands offline & made another flavour chocolate out of them by adding a few more ingredients. Very disappointed.
