I have only used these a few times, mostly on wood and few in mild steel as well, and they've produced truly good circular chamfered countersinks so I'm very pleased with them - much better than my old multifaceted countersink bits that only seemed to produce serrated countersinks, and then only in wood. However, it must be said that so far I've only used the smaller sizes.

Best type of countersink Tried yet, cleanest counter sinks Iv drilled. But does go blunt’ish soon enough. But for price can afford to replace them every now and then. A worth while addition to the tool kit.

Have mainly used it to debur and chamfer in metals and it works a treat.

Industrial pillar drill used to countersink mild steel and gave up after 5 mins on same piece of work , buy at your peril .

Excellent value

I was surprised how good these are for the price. As a joinery shop we have paid double this for just one countersink from a German company and I would say these are just as good if not better
