De LavishDuvet Double 13.5 Tog Anti Allergy Hollowfibre Quilt Winter Warm Season

I was downsizing from a very thick, heavy K/S, and when I realised how light this was, I thought that I had made a big mistake but, I adjusted to the weight difference without any problems and, having gone from a 15 to 13.5 tog, this keeps me beautifully warm but, the real bonus is that it's so much easier to change the cover now because I struggled to lift my old one!

Supposed to be an allergy friendly, hygienic duvet yet was unsealed.

Shocking duvet. One side of it is not stitched closed so all the stuffing can fall out. I know it was cheap but I could have paid the same in Tesco or one of those other shops and got something decent. Really disappointed. I’d like my money back really. I don’t understand the logic of people who think this is sufficient bedding. Crooks and con artists. Disgraceful. 🤬

I’ve never reviewed anything but this one deserves it. I just moved to a new city and I had to spend a ton of money buying a bunch of stuff for my flat (over 30 different items from vacuum cleaner and microwave to curtains and lamps) and this duvet is probably the most worth it thing I bought. It is actually perfect, and for the price too? I honestly can’t believe it. It is the coziest, fluffiest, most luxurious duvet I’ve ever had. It feels like a 5-star hotel in my bed. Just buy it!Update: I’m two months in and I have to say that this duvet while great, gets incredibly WARM. I wake up every night sweating and I’m barely wearing clothes in bed. I guess the plus side is that I’m saving on my heating bill because it’s that warm.

The outer package was fine, but the inner package was ripped and the top of the quilt that was exposed was a bit dusty. I'm not sure if there was an error with the dispatch but I don't think this is the right tog. It is very thin and i was cold when I put it on the bed. I had replaced a much lower tog quilt and was warmer when I put that one back on. I've since gone to a brand supermarket and bought a better one.

I was thinking it will be normal quality but for the money I paid I should know I couldn't expect much..Don't waste your money, is my advice for future buyers

When i opened this i thought oh this isn't going to keep me warm , it looked so thin and it felt papery, but i put it in my cover anyway, and when i got under it that night it felt so comfortable and i did get rather warm i had to keep throwing it off, will be able to tell better in winter how warm it is though, it is warmer than it looks though. I have put 4 stars for warmth as i don't know yet what it will be like in winter.

The Duvet was cheap and nasty,very thin and was not worth the money even though it was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. I bought it for my son and was so mortified when he showed it to me that I went and bought him a Silent Night duvet for £30 and it's well worth the money. Don't waste your money pay more and get quality.
