Good
A good source of vegetarian flaxseed oil. Large caps though they go down ok. Needed more than one a day in the winter months to stop the arthritis pains .

Massive softgels
Too soon for me to comment on the health benefits but first thing I will comment on is the BIG SIZE of softgels. - They are massive! Please see the photo of them in comparison to other tablets.

I bought them as I was having pains in my hip. I take one a day and I only occasionally now get any pain and when I do it is not so severe. I went for these as I am vegetarian. So over all I am very pleased.

Great value for money
As a vegetarian, it’s difficult to make sure I get any Omega-3 in my diet so these are nice and convenient (and a good price). However, I do find them difficult to swallow.

This are a great way to get the vitamins you need and I love the way they are packed they easily go through the letterbox very well designed and I believe they have done me the world of good and my nails certainly seem to be growing better! Won't hesitate to buy again.
