Searched for this item amongst many offers, great quality and finish, perfect for my use and expectation, will buy more for future as this quality at this price is rare.

After years of keeping passwords on scrappy bits of paper and then losing them, I decided to get a book to keep them in. I chose this because it's small and compact 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches give or take, and that it has a couple of pages for every letter. The pages aren't sectioned off, so you're not restricted to squashing names and addresses into a certain amount of lines. It's well made and the quality of the paper is as good as you'd get anywhere in address books like this. There's a strip of elastic to keep it closed, and a loop to slot a small pen into on the side. There's also a pocket on the inside back cover as well. I'm very pleased.

My father had a similar product during the 1960's and 1970's. However it was the size of an A4 page, and it was brilliant. I thought I had found the same thing but alas no! This one is the size of an A5. This was a present for my mother. She was disappointed because she too was expecting a much bigger directory. Other than that it is nice, useful and original.

Very quickly delivered, even in these times. A smart little book with a good protective cover which I am not expecting to mark and gradually disintegrate as it knocks against other debris in my handbag. Pages clearly marked in alphabetical tabs with 4 sides for each section. Each page has a column for name and address with a narrow column alongside for phone numbers etc.Best of all is that the lined pages are not divided into separate sections so addresses of any length fit in the way you want as well as there being space to add an extra note related to the contact listed eg I like to make a note of holiday accommodation and work people I have used at various times.

This address book is just the perfect size, has plenty of pages and good quality cover and paper. Good German craftsmanship. The only thing I would recommend to do differently is if you order this address book and order something else as well do not let Amazon deliver them together. I ordered a pocket size address book too and they put them in the same envelope with no protection from each other. So this one got scratched and the smaller pocket size one got ripped.

This is a nice address book with a decent amout of pages per letter so there is no fear of running out of space, I do however think that it is a tad overpriced for what it is (I believe I paid £6.99)

Bought 3 of these now all just under £7. I see price change to £9.50-12.50.This book is worth £7.

It is sturdy and well built. Opening to a section of the alphabet does not stress the binding. I expect it to last a long time.

My mother has used a telephone index like this for at least the past 40 years and was crushed when we couldn't find one here in Canada to replace her current one that has completely fallen apart. Amazon to the rescue and now my mum is happy again :)
