The belt was very uncomfortable even with a tank top under it and it curled up after only an hour of wear. I wasn't a huge fan

I received the package which i tried immediately to make sure it fit. This is one size and i was not sure how it will turn out.My waist is 28 and i have a belly pouch with that said, it did fit. The length is about 37.25 inches long and it is adjustable to a point meaning length at of the section that you stick the velcro to is 9 inches so you have an idea of what you are working with. I like how it feels. It does fit over the abdomen and waist areas where it compresses dependent on how you adjust it. I have yet to work out in this or wear for a day to see what happens.Note: no instructions came with this. I guess the manufacturer assume that it is simple thing to fit on; the other option is to look at the detailed pics to see the demonstration and also you will see that the second piece that the the model in the picture is holding can be adjusted as well. There are no washing instructions either I believe it is best to hand wash by itself and dry naturally.

So I am 9 1/2 months preggy. I got this for postpartum recovery and this seems pretty small. I am hoping once the baby is here it will be perfect size but so far when I put it over my belly theres a foot and a half gap... I have 3 other kids so right after you have a baby you don’t go down too much maybe 4 inches and slowly more and more goes. I was hoping to use this directly after, but it seems I will have to wait until I can fit it. For references, I am a size 7 in pants not to big and all belly with my pregnancy. I wear a medium with maternity leggings.

I would have loved it and given this 5 starts but it didn’t fit me! I weigh 153 after having my baby. It barely will close. I loved the material.

I've been wearing this everyday - day and night (except when I go out for a nice date/event since it would show under fitted dresses or tight shirts). It has strong velcro that you can also adjust to your size. I see it helps tucking my wobbling tummy in. Hopefully I will get my tummy as flat as before having my 2 kiddos (of course with daily exercise also). Would recommend buying 1 size up since it's somewhat small

Too small. Ordered two sizes up.

I am 5'2 and 150lbs... bought medium & it fits great. The outer wings definitely add that extra pressure when/if needed. I have diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and it helps keep me together! Sometimes I will even use it at the end of the day because my stomach just expands (because of my weak abdominal muscles) and it makes me feel so much better as my stomach is held closed.
