You NEED this
So cool! Perfect for everyone! Young, skilled or not. Also really engaging for anyone needing PT. Cant say enough about this thing. 2 headbands, 2 beginner balls, and you have 2 extra balls to level with along with level up extra elastic bands. Its a steal. It is sooo much fun and I am also using it for PT for a man with a severe TBI and use of only one arm. This one is a winner. Great for athletes of all skill level. Improve your focus, agility, hand eye coordination and concentration. Even perfect for boredom. Your gonna love it, let your Grandma & Grandpop try it!

Fun and engaging way to work on coordination at home
We have had the KTEBO boxing reflex ball headband for about six months, and it has been a fun addition to at home workouts. My husband mainly uses it for coordination training and exercise, but I have used it as well, and it is surprisingly entertaining. It is a good stress reliever and an easy way to stay active without staring at a screen. What I like most is that it feels fun rather than repetitive. Time passes quickly while using it, and you can actually see improvement in coordination the more you practice. It is easy to grab for short workout sessions or breaks throughout the day. One thing to keep in mind is that the balls need to be attached securely. If they are not fastened well, they can come off during use. Once attached properly, though, it works as intended. Overall, this is a great option for beginners, kids, and anyone looking for a simple and enjoyable way to add movement and coordination training at home.

Weirdly addictive
I have a history with things that look fun but end up being much harder than they look and I quickly lose interest. Exhibit A: The Hacky Sack. Exhibit B: Devil sticks. Glad to say this seems to have broken that trend. Sure, some YouTube videos are helpful when you're starting out, as long as you realize you're not going to get that "speed bag" rhythm off the bat. Definitely start with small light taps. The string length matters too (shorter is easier, though may result in getting hit in the face). I started getting the groove within about 15 minutes and get a little better every time I go back to it. It's weirdly addictive, not only to see how long you can keep a streak going, but also feeling a perfect bounce off your knuckles. I find myself wanting to do just 5 more minutes, then 5 more minutes. Definitely better than my history (see above). I quickly got to the point where I was throwing my shoulders into it a little and rotating my trunk, and that makes you feel a tiny bit sore after not too long. I'm hoping this will help with my middle-aged joint pain that's just started. This set gives you a lot for the price: Two headbands, 4 balls, and an extra string. The packaging also makes it look like not a toy but a serious training tool. The headband feels good quality and the string length is fully and easily adjustable (just wrap it around the band to make it shorter). This is a great deal on this item, even if there's no app to count your punches (not everything needs to be "smart"). Update: I've moved up to the highest level ball and that one gives you the long distance you see on YouTube. It makes my knuckles a little sore so I think it might be denser or something, but it is more fun actually punching and not just tapping.

It’s fun, and hopefully it’s helpful.
I’ve had mine for only a couple of weeks, so I can’t say how durable it is, but it’s been fun. I suggest you look at an online video to see how it’s done, because at first I was hitting it much harder than I should have— the object is to hit hard enough to only keep it going. In addition to being fun, it should help improve reflexes and hand-eye coordination. I’ll be interested to see how long it lasts.

No Tool To Replace Strings
I've been using these reflex balls for over a year, and one of the strings finally broke. When I tried to replace it, I discovered there’s no tool included to thread the string through the ball, unlike other similar products. Now I have to buy a set from a different company just to get the tool. I would’ve given these 5 stars if the tool had been included, but sadly, it’s not.

Lots of fun!!
Great stocking stuffer!! I got this for my husband and he has had a lot of fun with it. It is so much harder than it looks!!! But for the price this is a great deal, basically like ordering two and for 75% less than getting it on Instagram. I'm terrible at it, but I enjoy it for sure!

Don't waste your money
I've been boxing for person health reasons for years as a source of great exercise for the whole body. This boxing relx ball. Is total trash. Videos of people making this loom super easy are AI GENERATED videos. I've been at this hours each day and it's impossible to keep any rhythm or keep a proper fighting stance or even exciting proper punching. Maybe it's the brand name. I don't know but this specific item is total garbage. The ball never goes straight. Hit it with any fist any glove or flat object yet the ball always goes anywhere but straight in front of you at eye level. I am a boxer. All equipment I use speed bags etc. Work. This reflex ball. Is just a trash

Awesome and fun workout
Bought this to use as an optional workout tool. Once you get your rhythm, it’s actually a blast to do and provides an excellent workout out. It’s also great for hand/eye coordination.
