I am very disappointed at the Pureau 2H + Saltless Water Softener and Drinking Water Filter I ordered on 10/01/18 and delivered before the end of January because it doesn't perform as it is claimed to do. The standard of the service is also poor. It was installed on 02/02/18. After installation I noticed the water became cloudier, the taste not good and after boiling the water the white sediment left behind was thicker than what it was before its installation. I reported this to the manager Mr. Graham within 14 days of its installation and he advised that I should give it a bit more time. When I got the reminder on 8 April 2018 to change the cartridges I replied to complain about the performance of the system on my water and I needed this seen into ASAP. I repeated my fear of the quality of water. I also phoned Mr. Graham about it and he asked me to send him the picture of its installation which I did he promised to send me another cartridge free of charge to replace the cartridge. This was over six weeks ago but up till now nothing has happened. When I phoned, Keith answered and said he was away and promised to remind him about it. I left my phone number with him. When I phoned again Keith told me he went to the hospital and assured me that he would remind him. I have been phoning the sales and site numbers ever since and no one has answered until on 01/06/18 when Dave answered and said they moved office and said I should check the correct phone number from their site which I did but did not find one. I don't know how safe my water is and I am very scared. I want to dismantle the system and return it for my money back but I don't know where or who to return it to.Nwanu Akaose
