I have not been taking these for very long so I don't feel I can write much. I bought these because my hair has gone very thin and was falling out in handfuls. Since taking the Vitamin B6 it has slowed down a little but only time will tell if there is any real improvement. Fingers crossed.

I like that you get so many in the bottle and i don't need to worry about sourcing these for another 6 months.Also been taking VitB6 for years and only recently had to up the amount to 2 tabs a day. This is slowly helping with my PMS and mood.

Not great. Had a constant headache after taking for a few days. Too much b6 I think.

This is brill- take with b12 and you are less tired and you are more alert. The small pills are easy to swallow - I have no regrets in taking these and will forever take them for a good healthy life!
