I regret to say that my experience with this purchase has been disappointing. Although it was advertised as being in excellent condition, it fell short of my expectations. The battery arrived at only 20% charge, although it did have a 91% capacity, which was acceptable.However, there is a significant scratch on the back of the screen, and I found a considerable amount of dust inside the charger port. These issues make me question the thoroughness of the refurbishment process.In my opinion, this purchase feels more like buying a second-hand product from a local shop. Given the current price of 599 pounds for a new phone, I would recommend considering spending the extra money for a new device instead.Based on other reviews, it appears that receiving a phone in excellent condition might be a matter of luck. Some customers may receive a lightly used phone in great condition, while others might not be as fortunate. Additionally, I had to pay for the cost of return, which was about 10pounds

The phone came looking brand new, so far no issues or complaints, and amazing battery life, no scuffs or scratches, like it’s right out of the box, came with a charger cable and plug and also a screen protector for free of charge which is 10/10, an amazing gift for somebody for Christmas or a birthday, 100% recommend!
