I heard this years ago and it's a fantastic album.I'm really happy with the quality of the product, the price and the speedy delivery service.

I'm not what you'd call a huge Metallica fan but I've always had an appreciation for them and I saw them live during their reload tour. This concert is nothing short of spectacular and if any band was wise to incorporate a symphony orchestra into their live performances it's Metallica. My only slight complaint is it's sometimes hard to hear the guitars when the orchestra is in full rampage but it's far from a bad thing. This album completely works for me and I find it hard to understand why some previous reviewers complained about the orchestra playing their own thing away from Metallica. I found throughout that the orchestra complimented the band and added a whole new perspective. The haters clearly don't understand music!

My son was thrilled with this album. It was a Christmas gift he's wanted for a while. It arrived pristine, looking epic.The seller made a lot of effort to get this right.

I've owned this Metallica album since it came out and it's on of my very favourites and certainly the most surprising - The exclusive tracks 'No Leaf Clover' and 'Human' are among the band's best and the blend with the orchestra works genuinely well - So if I've owned this for a while, why am I reviewing a recent purchase? - Because I regularly buy it for friends as a gift and it surprises them too - I've racked up several converts and would advise you to join the ranks.

Great album however my copy has strange error that the labels on disc 3 are on the wrong sides so whatever songs is on the labels is actually on the opposite side of the disk

What can I say that hasn't already been said?! On paper it shouldn't work, but in practice it more than works! Its just simply awesome and the two musical genres seem to compliment each other perfectly. This album is a must have for any Metallica fan, it takes all the classic tracks and gives them an extra oomphh!! Purchase now and you wont be disappointed. If you are you need your head checked!

How cool is this.Have had a couple of songs from this album for ages but you really do have to just take the time to sit in the dark and crank this one up beginning to end!!Picture the scene....Full orchestra in tux and tails....Metallica.... up front and thousands of metal heads bouncing around like excited monkeys,soooo goood! Get the dvd too quite a spectacle. No one will believe how well these songs go when mixed with "dad music"!!10/10

I was extremely skeptical when I first heard about this album, It should have been a recipe for disaster, yet strangely it sounds fantastic. Metallica and the orchestra match each other in perfect harmony, this adds so much depth to songs that were already classics, especially on songs like one and hero of the day. This is a must have for all metallica fans, I strongly recommend it.

Llegó en tiempo, es la edición nacional (México), pero no por ello la calidad del audio es inferior, sin embargo, la calidad de las imágenes impresas del llamado cover art es muy bajo. Pero, al tratarse de un gran concierto y el formato en CD, bien vale la pena la inversión. No sé qué esperan para comprarlo.
