it worked great first minute of drilling, but both end become dull while drilling, can we re sharpen it, and how can we keep it from dulling so fast?

Hi Jamie, Unfortunately Amazon does not give me the option of overnight shipping. If you will pay for expedited shipping when you place the order I will absorb the extra cost of shipping to you overnight. Will this work on stainless steel?

I haven’t tried it on stainless but imagine it would.

can the bit be used in a router to cut 1/8" steel? how long would it last?
