What size computer can I fit in the laptop compartment?

Does it stand on its own or does it tip forward like most others?

It tends to tilt forward unless you balance the weight, back heavier than the front.

Will it fit under the seat of airplane?

Based on average under seat dimensions of airlines and the dimensions of the bag listed by the seller, it seems like it would be pretty tight. It may depend on how the bag is packed. I will be flying out in a few weeks and decided not to try to put mine under the seat.

Does this have 4 wheels?
