Lovely log burner. We have had this log burner 4 years now and not had any problems. It’s a lovely size and fantastic value.

Dont buy this fire it is dangerous, I've contact both amazon and the supplier, they wont do any thing ,as i bought it in feb , T G oulet asked me to remove the fire and tighten a bolt at the bottom, saying this will solve the problem, it did not ,due to a design fault, the ash tray doesn't seal and air is drawn front the ash tray causing a fire hazard, the fire burns so hot you cant turn it down , the fire bricks all cracked, due to the severe heat and the top fire bricks cracked in half and fell completely off,the company have only offered me 20% off my next order, which i am never going to order any thing off them again, i have now removed the fire and bought a fire from a local company and installed it in the same fire place , with the same flu and that works fine ,if you like your home dont buy this product as your home will go up in flames.

Looks great but must have been put together by a right handed 4 year old using their left hand. The guys coming to fit it for me today, I’ve had to go round the whole burner and tighten/adjust every single fixing/bolt. Some were not even finger tight- not great considering it’s something that holds a fire in your house. Obviously not tried it as yet- hopefully will have a nice warm place by end of the day not one that’s burnt to the ground lol. The design looks lovely though.

Don’t buy from this seller they are shocking had real trouble returning a log burner that we ordered was a very poor quality
