Although I wouldn't say these are quite as good as professional brushes, they come very close and are a fraction of the price. I am very pleased with them as I have used them enough and washed them and have had very little hair shedding or misshaping due to use or washing. Very good product. Highly recomment

These beautiful, super soft bristled makeup brushes are perfect for any glam girl of any age or skill level. Each brush is individually labeled, so there is no confusion over which brush has which intended usage. These brushes were a VERY good deal for the product. They are also a generous size and look as though they will hold up with time. However, they haven't been used yet. The only thing that may have made them better is if they had come with a bag that you could roll each brush in for travel. I definitely give this buy a solid 5 stars!

Not what I was shopping for but they were the best of the available options in a pinch with time constraints. They turned out to be really nice, soft, durable, and easy to clean. I’m more than pleasantly surprised and definitely recommend. The only drawback is that the brushes do not have the use / purpose stamped / engraved in the barrel. I’m not makeup savvy so now they all have little masking tape tails.

A great kit for applying cosmetics with precision. Bristles are soft but firm enough for accurate application. Brushes are easy- to-clean. Each tool handle has a label to remind of its standard function. Handles are smooth and pleasant to hold. I use these daily with confidence*.--UPDATE 12/24/2017: I've washed all but one (Eyelash & Eyebrow No.862) of these these brushes several times. There's been 0 shedding, and the brushes are still easy to clean. *Unfortunately, my brows and I must downgrade the brush collection rating from the original 5, to 4 stars. During the first week of use, I thought the handles were plastic, not wooden as advertised. I came to this wrong conclusion because one of the brushes fell out of my hands and onto a tile floor; whereupon a chip occurred on the handle, near the form-fitting metal barrel. The chip doesn't interfere with brush use, it just created an aesthetic eyesore that I tried to camouflage with a black permanent marker. Still, I didn't downgrade the set rating because it was "my bad" that caused the chip; even though I was irked that it only took one drop to ruin the handle finish. Today, however, I drop the set's rating b/c of two issues with my least favorite brush in the collection: No 862 (an angled brow brush w/spoolie). Ladies, the spoolie is sub-par: too soft; it ineffectively combs through my natural full-brows; more like it brushes over them but not through them. As if that's not enough, even though I've barely used either end of this brush because of my disatisfaction with the spoolie, it's the other end that really let me down. Without any tugging or pulling, the angled brush head fell off in my hands for no apparent reason. The original glue and barrel crimping didn't hold it together onto the handle. What a bummer. When this happened, I was able to observe that the handles are, infact, wooden as identified in the product description; they are just laquered over in black enamel paint. I had to use glue to replace the brush head back onto the barrel handle. Being doubly annoyed with brush No. 862, I drop the rating on this brush set. Zoreya, I wish you used more care in constructiing brush No 862: my brows have been let down both literally and figuratively.
