Value for money and works well

I’ve been searching for a small yet sufficient filter for my tank that originally was going to be a complete eco system (no filter and eventually no water changes) however it wasn’t going to plan. So before I add live stock I needed to help it out a bit.The filter is a nice size. Doesn’t take up too much room or isn’t obstructive.The instructions were pretty naff so had to work it out myself.At first I wanted to test the oxygen valve. It was very powerful and the whole tank was full of bubbles. I turned it down but still found the general pressure too high. The rubber tubing was a little flimsy but held and did its job.I then decided to try the normal filter attachment which has a valve to adjust the pressure. This was a very good feature and stopped my tank becoming a water whirl pool.It’s relatively quiet with a slight humming but nothing too intrusive. It has a nice length power cable but I still needed to use an extension lead.Overall I’m happy with it. Will check the filter sponge in a day or two when I do another water change to ensure it has done what I needed it to.

Suitable for my 60l tank but not as quiet as I would have hoped as the tank is in my bedroom. Definitely quieter than the pump that came with the tank. The sport bar is under water so it’s not a water sound. Gave 4 stars as the instructions are pretty poor.

Works a treat on my tank

Item suddenly stopped working after around 2 months, replaced the fuse in the plug, nothing touched on the pump it just stopped on its own. Avoid this item it sucks (:

The media could not be loaded. Bought solely for the purpose of bringing some plants and late Goldfish arrivals indoors for the winter. Excellent little pump,quiet and efficient.Well made,easy to set up and after 6 weeks of use can’t find any faults whatsoever. I’ve had more expensive pumps in the past and this one beats all of them hands down. No hesitation in highly recommending. 🐟🐟🐟👍

Krachtige filter, perfect regelbaar, water wordt goed gefilterd, quasi geluidloos.

L'objet semble bien construit. La pompe est beaucoup plus puissante que je ne pensais et heureusement qu'il y a une petite valve de débit mais uniquement sur les tuyaux rigides. Si on choisit de monter le tuyau avec prise d'air (le transparent), alors il n'y a pas moyen de régler la puissance. Dans un petit aquarium l'eau se transforme en tourbillon.Mes poissons ne semblent pas gênés par les vibrations mais personnellement je trouve que c'est un peu intense. Je les sens à l'autre bout de l'aquarium en mettant ma main dans l'eau. Il faut peut-être garder ce détail à l'esprit si certains poissons y sont sensibles.J'ai mis la pompe sur une prise connectée avec un timer pour éviter de trop déranger les poissons, juste au cas où.La notice est fort basique mais suffisante pour cet objet. Reste à voir sur la durée.**Edit**La pompe filtre très correctement l'eau. Les filtres sont lavables mais je pense qu'on peut aussi en trouver des neufs.Il y a une différence visible depuis que je l'utilise quelques heures de temps en temps, tant en particules dans l'aquarium que dans le développement d'algues sur les surfaces.J'ai remarqué que les poissons semblent apprécier quand je l'enclenche. Je ne sais pas si c'est le courant d'eau ou les vibrations mais ils sont plus calmes quand la pompe tourne.
