Good upgrade for this movie. I was really looking forward to it. It didn't disappoint cheers

True to say that this film is corny, very unbelievable, who is going to watch this rubbish. Well i did and i was entertained, i enjoyed this film when it first came out, but then i thought this is a load of rubbish but having now seen it on 4K UHD i was entertained all over again. Like it or not, films like this are an easy watch and as "MAXIMUS" said in the film "GLADIATOR"-Were you not entertained. ANSWER, yes i was

For a old film the price was not cheap, would have been great just to buy the 4k disc and not the 4k bluray combo.

At times watching this - i thought i was watching a standard blu-ray - Paramount you are really starting to rip customers off now - its bad enough you ruined Planes Trains and now even with a modern film like The Core - you cant get it right - very poor effort and waste of £20 - Do better next time ...

The 4K Bluray looks decent enough, but so does the original Bluray release. The HDR adds a slightly warmer colour palette, but not really enough for most people to notice. It's not really worth the upgrade from Bluray unless the price drops to £10 or less. Also, there are zero bonus features on this 4K disc. Overall, a pretty disappointing 4K release.
