Easy to build as it’s not got many parts, sturdy enough and we are all using it every day even just to hang off and build grip strength. Worth it.

It does come with a hooky thing that it suggests that you put on your door frame, but it leaves a hole and makes putting it up and down a hassle, I've been using it without the hook and as long as you arnt swinging/jumping/messing around on it, it stays in place. I've had it 2 month and am still cautious when using it as soon as I put it up, a little test pull to make sure it's in place.

The product is verve good for the price and there is no need to get nothing else just for pull up and other exercises as when secured the product is very secure and can’t move and it feels great for pull-ups as there is multiple uses. The product is very easy to build out of the box as comes with every including the tools needed to put it up and when done it easy very easy to put up in a doorway and it has a great performance and is fit for all places. I would recommend!

Easy to assemble and good quality, decent price for what it is. Very stable once in position and can handle my weight of 90kg very easily. Overall a good pull up bar!

Overall, this pull-up bar is a great thing, but it fits a little awkwardly on the frame in my apartment. I solved this problem by attaching two pieces of wood to plastic stands. It should have at least 2 different size of plastic stands.

Ho acquistato questa barra per trazioni ProsourceFit e devo dire che, per quello che costa, è un ottimo affare. Anche se a prima vista il metallo può sembrare un po' sottile o "leggero", nell'uso quotidiano si sta dimostrando affidabile. Resistenza e Peso: Il produttore dichiara che regge fino a 100kg. Personalmente peso tra i 70 e gli 80kg e la barra non fa una piega: non scricchiola e non dà segni di cedimento. Se siete in questa fascia di peso, potete allenarvi in totale sicurezza. Se pesate molto vicino ai 100kg, tenete conto che il metallo non è "heavy duty", ma fa comunque il suo lavoro. Sicurezza e Montaggio (Importante!): Un grande punto a favore è la sicurezza. Nella confezione c'è una piccola staffa metallica da inserire nella fessura sopra il telaio della porta: serve a evitare che la barra scivoli via se iniziate a dondolarvi un po'. Le imbottiture sono morbide e, dopo diverse sessioni, la porta è ancora perfetta, senza graffi o segni. Attenzione alla cornice della porta: Ecco il consiglio tecnico: non compratela se la cornice (lo stipite) della vostra porta è troppo sottile. Serve uno spessore di almeno 1,5 - 2 cm affinché la barra faccia presa correttamente. Su una porta standard va benissimo e la larghezza è regolabile, ma verificate questo dettaglio prima dell'acquisto. Uso quotidiano: La uso tutti i giorni e, nonostante l'aspetto leggermente "esile", non si è smontata né ha iniziato a fare rumori strani. È solida e funzionale. Pro: Rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile. Non rovina gli stipiti grazie alle protezioni. Staffa di sicurezza inclusa. Regolabile in larghezza. Contro: Esteticamente sembra un po' meno robusta di modelli più costosi (ma è solo un'impressione). Non adatta a cornici delle porte troppo sottili.
