I have had surgery to remove my colon, and some small intestine, and my diet is limited. This product is very strong, and taking 2 a day boosts my energy level, and overall well being .The flavor of B vitamins should not be part of the rating. They are B vitamins...they smell and taste terrible. You swallow the capsule so it isn't an issue. Taste is irrelevant here. I put 5 stars on taste so the rest of the rating wasn't dragged down.
