Perfect product to add authenticity to your curry!
Having in the past bought a block of tamarind, which needs soaking and straining, the convenience of this quality product makes it an essential item in my kitchen. The only drawback is that the transport cost is more than the cost of the product itself but, as it is no longer available in supermarkets, I saw no other option!

Full of stones
This is not a paste as it contains stones, the packet is extremely tiny (45grams) so works out very expensive. A real scam

very authentic taste
I like this product - I use a teaspoonful and let it down with water so a little goes a long way - some tamarind products are just a watery "watered down" product so you have to use loads - I know I have quality with this product

More stones than paste so very expensive. (weighed 14g of stones from half a pack) First try of tamarind paste so nothing to compare with, but wouldn’t bother again.
