A draft excluder that works
Excellent product. I use this on the front door to my apartment and for the door that houses the boiler with an air vent that tents to let in the cold in winter. This really does more as we have no draft now. I’m hoping this’ll save us money in heating bills too as there would be no heat escaping anymore. Such a reasonable price and for what it does, it completely worth buying, it’s so simple to fit. I’ve places it on the inside is the doors within my apartment just so it looks uniform to the rest of the doors but even if it was visible, it’s so non intrusive. The one on my front door is place on the outside of the door. No one has ever noticed that I have it on my front door. Pls note, it’s not a solution for making your house warmer, just to stop drafts. Another note to consider is that my apartment front door is within a building so I’m not sure how well this would work on a front door that was exposed to elements. I’m guessing you may have to fit it on the inside of your door along with a conventional draft excluder. I’m only guessing this part. Hope this helps?

Front, Back Doors, Huge Improvement!
Open plan bungalow interior, but last evening was spent with no cold draft on my shins and knees; it was simply heaven. Having a plate and 7 pins in my right ankle, and a hairline fracture in my left leg in 2016, both legs have been compromised and rather fragile to cold and drafts.I bought two of these door drafts, and they were very easy to install; matters of minutes, literally. Easy to cut, and having washed and dried the positions on the doors for them it was just a matter of placing them. The sticky back is very good, with a firm grip to the doors; I'm so glad that I bought them, they're worth the money, which I didn't think was expensive; wish I could have given more stars.I would Highly Recommend these drafts excluders. If you're thinking of buying one or more of them, you won't be disappointed, I think they might be my best buy this year.

Great in dry weather but not in damp conditions
I have used two of these. One was destroyed by my cat - which doesn't count. The other was by an outer porch door. It worked great until we had significant rain. The dampness always seeps through to the wood door and that subsequently, loosened this product's grip and I could not reuse it. If you use it in largely dry areas and pet free, it will be good to use.

Quick and easy to affix
Not identical, but of very similar appearance, to another product previously purchased and used on an internal door. "Door Bottom Seal Weather Stripping – VIDEN Adhesive Door Bottom Sweep Soundproof Door Kit, Frameless Silicone Door Draft Stopper for Doors and Windows, 39 Inches Rubber Door Strips to Seal Door Cracks" is marginally more flexible than the other type in being made from silicone rubber rather than a less flexible plastic and has been affixed to our front door to augment the existing but now less-effective in-built draftpoofing. Adhesion is most effective the smoother the surface.Fixing to a door is simple and first requires that any dust, grease etc be removed from the bottom area and which should then be allowed to fully dry. The backing strip can then be removed from a small portion, aligned and affixed to a corner; it was found simpler to work from the hinged edge out. The backing can then be removed in stages and the strip pressed into contact. The surplus can then be easily cut with a sharp knife or a heavy duty shears/scissors and the strip should then be pressed firmly against the door to ensure best contact with no lifting. Ideally, some hours will be required for the adhesive to 'set' and mature. With a perfectly smooth floor such as non-textured vinyl, tiling and laminates the lower edge can be in full contact. With a carpeted floor, you may need to allow a small gap (a thin sheet of card may prove sufficient) to reduce friction and wear. The product previously used on an internal door has seen about 6 weeks of daily use and has shown no sign of loosening or detaching.

Useless article
Door draft excluder. Looks good but absolute rubbish, does not adhere to the door. I followed the instructions to the letter. I cleaned and dried the door. Cut to size. Tried to peel the tape covering the adhesive, this was extremely difficult to start with. I carefully offered the strip to the bottom of the door but the adhesive is inadequate, it does not the instant bond needed. It has caught in places and not others. I am about to return it. Not happy, especially as the weather has turned for the worse, with snow on the way.

Super Simple & Effective
We have a draught under the front door and live in a windy area, we have been using pillows to stop the draught which is not the most efficient way of doing things, opening the door etc.I found this and thought I'd give it a go, really pleased that I did, it took 5 minutes to install from it arriving at my door to it being on, easy as that! It's a bit fiddly to get the covering of the sticky padded area, I nearly removed the whole lot at first, long nails it a sharp knife would be handy for that, then once fitted to the door, just use the sharp knife (make sure it is sharp) to cut to size and then done.Seems to have done the trick but time will tell 👍
