Firstly, it doesn't work. Save yourself the hassle and buy the SM Nutrition ones. These are trash and a waste of money imo.

This product caused such bad headaches I had to discontinue using it after day 2.

I love DIM. It's a great supplement for your hormones and levels. It helps so much with hormonal acne, and it also makes your skin soft. Take it regularly and you will see the difference.

I ordered this for my wife and she's pleased with it. Not sure it's helping, but it's not hurting either.
