Perfect hair product for me, I’m growing my hair and wanted a product to not only keep from getting in my face but had a long hold and didn’t look super greasy. This stuff is the best I’ve tried , my hair is quite thick and wavy and it almost straightened it out when applied when hair is damp. Love it !

I usually use their fibre, but thought I'd give this a go. It's definitely shinier on your hair, and it gives your hair a texture that makes it hard to run your hair through your hands. I think because of the way it works, it looks drier on your hair. I'm combining it with the fibre at the moment, but probably wouldn't get it again. Personal preference, I like my hair to stay in place but also be nice to touch. For reference, I have short (10-15cm hair) that I put up and over.

Loads of review sites and AC themselves saying that this is a great product if you have fine, straight hair. So I grabbed it. Having been using TGI Bedhead (strong hold) for ages, fancied something a bit less harsh. Creams are the perfect solution apparently with medium hold. Well, yeah, medium might as well mean weak. First application, really not impressed at all. My hair right now is pushing maybe 5 inches. Used enough of this to barely cover my index finger pad, no more than I use of any other product. Initial impression was somewhat tacky. Surprisingly shiny. Styled it, ok, not bad, used worse. Good volume. Walked back to the bathroom, rinsed my hands, dried them, walked back to the mirror. No more than 20 steps in total. Already my hair had borderline flattened. Any other product, never did this. Requires constantly restyling after just an hour if that. Does dry more matte after a while. Styling falls apart over time though as you're constantly having to shift your hair around to stop it flattening, and the product just gets weaker and weaker. Nah, not getting this again. Smell is industrial too. Not a nice citrus or anything. Smells like a light glue.

American crew is the only product I need in my hair. It holds and has a matte finish all day in my hair. It’s super easy to put in and doesn’t leave residue everywhere. I use one puck of this for months. A little product goes a long way. it’s worth the money. This product also smells incredible in my hair and doesn’t leave it feeling dry. Definitely would recommend buying this!

É la prima volta che utilizzo questa cera e sono rimasto strabiliato... rende i capelli brillanti e morbidi! Non capisco alcune recensioni come fanno a scrivere effetto opaco... qui si dovrebbe scrivere per aiutare chi non ha acquistato un prodotto e non ingannarlo con indicazioni false! Vi invito quindi a leggere le recensioni ma informandovi leggendo le etichette dei prodotti, nel caso di questa cera é specificato bene dal produttore che é a media tenuta e alta lucentezza... quelle con effetto opaco sono la fiber e la defining paste. Bisogna saperlo usare, non puoi metterne troppo e poi scrivere rende i capelli grassi.. la si deve strofinare bene sulle mani e passarla sui capelli ASCIUTTI con movimenti che consentano di distribuirla uniformemente, cominciando SEMPRE con una dose minima e poi eventualmente aggiungere. Io prima di acquistare leggo le recensioni sul sito di amazon.com in inglese, molto piú serie e affidabili di quelle italiane...Poi ci lamentiamo che all'estero ci identificano che mangiamo spaghetti tutto il giorno. Comunque buon prodotto (americano) e tenuta ottima per 2 giorni di seguito. Spero di esservi stato di aiuto.
