Sound: Great, but other issues....
Okay, I rate bluetooth headphones in 3 areas - sound, comfort and BT Connection. The battery is secondary since most get at least 6 hours and that does the trick for me. I have had Jaybird's and Boss, as well as a couple other sets in the past, but really likes the idea of modular design for one set for both wired and wireless play.Sound - 4.5Really good sound, even thru BT. With a little tweaking with my equalizer (using Samsung S8+) I get very good sound. I mostly listen to hard rock, metal and blues.BT Connection - 3Average at best. Very sensitive to which pocket I keep the phone in. Nowhere near as good as my Bose. Distance is good though. I say this for people who are interested, distance is meaningless to me, I just want them for when my phone is in my pocket.Comfort - 2This has been the worst part for me. I tried all the tips. I either get bad sound or the correct sound and they are very uncomfortable. I know this can be personal taste but I really do not like the feel of these (foam or silicone tips).I really wanted these to work out. But I'm probably going to send them back.

Great sound accessory for iPhone or IPad
Use it with an iPhone X R. Provides very rich sound experience......full range of sound: high-mid-bass. Comes with multiple ear inserts so you can mix and match to find the ear cushion that is most comfortable to you. Had a little difficulty getting the bluetooth to sync on the initial paring, but once established it worked well. Pretty impressive battery life. Would purchase again.

Good stuff
Was missing a cable when it arrived. Sent the seller an email and he send it right away. These are authentic. I would give them 5 stars on quality.. but im comparing them to the shure 535s. for the money these are a great deal. I would buy them again.

Geat IEM, but the BT1 Bluetooth cable is useless.
The SE215 IEMs themselves are great. The Provided foam tips provide great sound isolation and are very comfortable. The issue that I had with them was the bluetooth cable that was provided, the Shure BT1. The general connectivity was weak, causing both interference and low sound level and depth.I purchased the Shure BT2 cable, and all of these issues were solved. The BT2 sounds almost identical to the wired connection. Being that Shure has made a successor to the BT1, they know that there are significant problems. I could not find a purchasing option with the SE215 earpieces that included the BT2 and a wired cable. I am now very happy with these, but at an additional cost of $100+.

Sounds great. Battery life is good
Sounds great. Battery life is good. Don't like all the wires and the fact that it's hard to wrap the earbuds around your outer ear to get them placed properly. They're awkward to use and get to fit comfortably. Each time you put them on is 5 minutes of playing around to get them on and operational. Let's work on a better design on the housing.
