Massel Instant Rasam Bouillon Broth Cubes - No MSG, Gluten-Free Soup Base - 1 Pack (1 x 105g)

Massel is my favourite bouillon cubes. The laksa has a great flavour. They dissolve easily and dont get hard. They are vegan there is no trash in them. Great as a drink on their own or added to dishes for flavouring.This flavour does have some heat, i would not say mild, but i like very spicy food. I do 4/5 thai hot.

I have been ordering this item for about 2 years. First time getting the case (6) pack. For an instant soup base it has very good flavor. It's a pantry item that I will continue to buy in the future.

This is the closest to a cleaner and healthier ingredient gf Pho that I have found, and it smells and tastes amazing!!! For now, this is our #1 Pho broth. It is well packaged and reasonably priced.

The taste is good.The taste is not what I would consider a standard Beef bone Pho broth.Its more earthy, and lacking in the beefiness.I would recommend using it as a starter, for making your own bone broth, but its incomplete if you just add this to water. In a pinch, sure use it for a cup of broth.

I read the directions and followed it but man that one little cube is just salt. Not spicy at all. I thought this would be like a magic rasam alternative but it’s not. Going to have to think of different ways to use it.

These cubes have been great. They do not taste like fresh pho but with some additional spices, you can come close. It's definitely good to have in my pantry when I want something warm without a lot of effort.
