My Grandfather loved using this brand when he made sausages for his restaurant..it is old tradition and just works..The first delivery was stolen or what goes on these days with everything..but they did send me my order!! Will always use them and even in these times we live in..I just hope they stay in business and Amazon continue to carry their products!!

This is so good. I'll probably never buy sausage from the store again. Very easy to use and the instructions are clear. I would highly recommend this product. It does seem a little salty. I may add a little more meat next time. But that is just personal preference.

Sausage has less flavor these days. I add this and it makes the very BEST gravy. It does pack a bit of heat if you use too much. I use about 1/2 teaspoon per batch of gravy and it is perfect and not hot.

I got this to make turkey sausage. Great taste. Only complaint: This packet will do 400 pounds of meat so I will put it in my will so my kids don’t have to buy any

I live outside of the USA and cannot find American style breakfast sausage anywhere. This is great stuff and there are several different Flavors to choose from. Just make sure you do the math and proper measurements when making smaller batches - this stuff is very concentrated and it will get salty and pungent quickly if you add too much. With that said, it is a fantastic value, making 25 pounds of sausage per bag.
