I have had a few 'sauna suits' over the years. Although this one is thinner than the others I have had, and I don't expect a long life, between the time putting it on, and walking out the door for a walk, I am already sweating. Despite it being thinner, it is very well built, and after a 2-3 mile walk, sweat is just pouring out, literally. Yes, just for a WALK (Texas)... I am 160 lbs, 5'-6", and it works great! I ordered size Large. I just turn it inside out and hang it up to dry after each use. Well worth the price!

When you first get this it may seem a bit small, even if you followed the sizing chart correctly. It may take a few tries to get the top on properly but once you have your system down it's pretty easy & it will stretch a little bit over time.The zipper runs from the left shoulder along the collar bone up to the neck, so make sure your head is lined up with the seam in the middle of the hood when you put it on or you'll end up putting the top on almost sideways. It takes a little practice to get used to the zipper.At first glance this thing seems a bit flimsy but the seams are sewn instead of hot-glued like the cheap stuff that is sold at big-box retail stores. So far it's been pretty stout & you'll definitely work up a good sweat with it.

Just got my hot suit in today.. I am 6’2 210lbs and bought an XL. Read some reviews on how the sizing was off from the chart listed and went with my gut. I’m glad I did because the XL for me is perfect. I am a slim 6’2 build and it fits great for me.. the pants are a tad bit snug, and I could’ve probably went with an XXL, but I just worked out in it and and it worked out great.I was very surprised on the quality of the material and how efficient it was when getting a good sweat in. The hood on the top is PHENOMENAL! I’ve tried many suits out but this brand by far has the best and most comfortable hood. It has its own sweat sealer to keep out the perspiration and is very functional with 2 adjusters on each side of the hood. I was very impressed during my workout and look forward to working out in it again tomorrow. Highly recommend to anyone that works out on a regular. I recommend buying size up if you are cross fitting or high intensity workouts such as box jumps and things that require bending to the grown, as the material does not have any stretch.

I ordered this suit for my boyfriend to work out in and he absolutely loves it. He said he really sweats and it helps him sweat a lot! As he’s working out.The suit is easy to put on and take off.The zipper is good sturdy and durable.The suit doesn’t hold a smell and trust me I would know! lol it’s a really great sweat suit.Recommendation 10 out of 10.
