Metropolitan+ 20mm Quick-Release Leather Strap

Lucky to find similar Timex replacement watchband - Timex website only had 1 model available in this size and it was wrong for the watch. However, the one received was much darker than shown on website, but good nonetheless. Very dark olive color, it will look brown as it wears and collects water / oils from skin. But still an excellent band, and the only time I could fit band in any watch QUICKLY, and without using tools. Super easy.

I purchased this as a replacement band for my Samsung watch. My OG leather band lasted 3.5 years but the leather was starting to wear out. I am not a fan of silicone bands and only wanted another black genuine leather. I looked and finally found this one by Timex. Since they are a legit brand I went ahead and bought it. Looks nice, easy to install and fits fine. The only difference is that this one is a hair longer than my other one. I have an XS wrist and keep the band on the 2nd to last hole, therefore the tail sticks up since the leather is stiff. I am hoping as the leather softens, then it will not be an issue. I only wish they had a bit shorter band.

The band is so thick that it feels heavy and clunky on my petite wrists. It seems to be a great-quality product, but if your wrists are small, it may be a "too much" band for you. I went with Archer instead, and they are much better fitting.

Great watch band. Feels comfortable and good quality

I was apprehensive because I originally wanted a leather band. But this band is excellent. It was very easy to install. It has small handles on the pins to help insert them. It tightens up easily on the wrist and looks like it will last a long time. I just put it on a week ago, so I really don’t know about its durability, but it looks good.

An exact original replacement

My original 4-star review is below. After only a matter of weeks, this band decayed and the quick latch mechanism repeatedly failed. It kept falling off my wrist including once at the bottom of a lagoon. Luckily I stepped on my watch and that's the only reason I noticed. Plus it showed dirt very badly and the locked-in-place holder for the surplus strap annoyed me quite a bit the more I wore it. Terrible band and an expensive one at that. Original review: This is a fun band that is brighter than it appears on screen. I dig it, especially for the summer. People ask, is that a new watch? A couple times at night I caught a glimpse from the corner of my eye and before I realized what I was looking at, I thought it was an LED. It's also super light-weight and I barely realize it's on which is great, and good for workouts. On the other hand (pun not originally intended), it has come loose once (which is scary if that were to happen while swimming in the ocean or something) - I was surprised because this is a more expensive band that I bought to replace a cheaper one that did the same thing. Secondly, the loop to hold the "extra" part of the band once tightened is close to the first loop. What this means is, if you have a smaller wrist, you will have a lot of band sticking out sideways, maybe it could snag while typing, etc. Not such an issue for me though it seems an odd design choice to me. Overall, I recommend it. Recommend.

Really good quality and really soft on the wrist! Seems to be handling wear pretty well.

Top quality.

It can be a pain to find the perfect bracelet for a watch (and to fit these pesky little pins in the holes), but boy was I glad I decided to go with a Timex original! This one has quality written all over it. Superb color, sober yet unique design, and with its quick release system, I installed it in about 20 seconds.

Original product but this particular strap is not black it’s dark brown although i ordered black it’s not bad but disappointing considering the wait time for it to be delivered.
