To be honest - You would need to swallow about 12 to 14 fourteen a day of these collagen capsules to have a noticeable skin effect (for around 3 months) The collagen content is way, Way, WAY below a recognised effective dose

Good product
I have been using it for just over a month, and the results are subtle. I have quite a thin and bony face, but I have noticed that cheeks feel plumper to the touch and skin elasticity seems to have improved since using the collagen tabs.Again I will re-iterate it is subtle and I have not had people saying you look different or anything, I'm not claiming this is a miracle worker but to I have noticed some benefits.

Nice product
I was a bit skeptical but only after 10 days my nails improved dramatically. They start to become shiny like never before. Visibly stronger.I don't know about hair because I have naturally strong and thick hair. (I'm 35yo male)Same for skin. May be need a longer time to show some results.Overall good productRecommended
