Power over Ethernet simplifies cabling and installation, providing stable data transmission for an efficient security system. However, note that this model lacks an SD card slot and audio function, and it is not compatible with Mac OS.

The item title / description says this camera supports two way audio. It does not. Even the instruction manual makes that clear.Other than that, it is very good. However, as I need audio, it will be going back. If you don’t need audio then I’d recommend it as it is easy to set up and very well constructed. All in all I think this is excellent value.

Motion detection not reliable in any of 3 settings

This Gentlen/JideTech camera was a brilliant choice for improving the security of my home, set-up and installation was a breeze and I’m very impressed with the features and overall quality.It needs only one cable connection to power and operate if you use PoE. This makes installation simpler and less expensive, which also helps scaling up networks when adding new devices.The ‘motion detection’ feature works incredibly well and you can set up email alerts to notify you when the camera detects any irregular activity.

The camera has a nice finish, and the quality of the video is exceptional. It comes with the necessary accessories and a user manual for help with installation, and it works with the Hik-Connect app.Despite the cameras low profile and size, it can effectively record a large field of view which I find preferable to installing multiple cameras to serve the same purpose.It’s suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation, I plan on buying another in a few months, this POE dome camera has far exceeded my expectations and the customer service is excellent.

I am happy with this security camera, it is easy to set up, great resolution for daytime and nighttime. The best part is that although the camera is small, but it can be adjusted at any angle to obtain a wide field of view, which helps me to observe more of yard, because there are drunk people make noise at night time, and this camera is what I need!

Tried to find contact for this supplier' my power supply prongs have broke and require a new one' does anyone know the name for the correct part please

Probably one of the best 1080p PTZ cameras you can buy on Amazon.Mounting the unit on the ceiling was super simple, the camera is packed full of powerful features (2-way audio, 4x optical zoom, etc.) and the picture quality is perfect for my needs — well worth the price paid!
