Very durable earpiece, just came out of my washer and dryer and works like brand new. I have used this earpiece for over 6 months at work and have no complaints about the product, always clear communications and easy to pair.

This headset quit working after 1month! While it may be an issue with the “ mute “ feature, I cannot get the microphone to work no matter how much I adjust it and restart it. Very disappointing.

I liked the size, fitting in my ear, and ease of operation. However, the speaker sound was substandard and muffled. The only comparison I can make, it's like the sound on this being AM radio vs the others being FM Stereo. Additionally, I drive a Jeep, which are notorious for being a bit noisy, and even at the highest volume level, I could not hear conversations with this particular Motorola HK126 unit. I also purchased the Motorola HK385 unit, and the sound is way superior in every way. Although I don't care for the fitting in my ear, but no big deal. The biggest problem with that, is that the function button is barely detectable. When depressing to answer a call, you may depress it twice and accidentally hang up on the caller. I have done it a few times, and it can be frustrating.

I absolutely LOVE the fact this connects to 2 phones like my former Plantronics one of similar style did. Since Plantronics was bought out by Polycom, this style is no longer available & their current offerings are way too pricey & bulky - so happy I found this one!No real issues with this equipment other than not having a dedicated on/off button. Knocking off a star for the UNCOMFORTABLE AS HECK ear hook. That thing digs right into the back of my ear and is super painful after awhile. I finally took it off and just use it without it - surprisingly it sits right in my ear nicely and stays put without it. Not sure that would be possible if i did anything other than sit at a desk though. Definitely recommend for the price.

I bought this as a replacement for an older model Boom2 and the sound and mic quality are definitely next generation better and there's no flap to break. The soft silicone internal ear piece this comes with is very comfortable, I can wear this all day. Under continuous use, the battery lasts most of but not quite the entire day. Maybe it's not so stylish but that doesn't bother me plus I like to keep one ear free so I can remain aware of my surroundings.

Fit is good. The volume is too low on maximum. It takes too long to get it to turn on or off. I can't recommend this product.

Works as intended and easy to use. Lasts all day, 10 hrs+ on a full charge. Will hurt your ear in the beginning depending on your ear itself but you eventually break it in
