Easy to install, lights up my back garage door area when backing in at night. Holding up well so far in cold northern weather so far.

Purchased for extralighting in bbq area and on fence by an entrance gate. Puts out just the needed amount of light

The motion sensor activation range is nearly useless. You have be just 3-4 feet away (max) to activate the lights. Tried mounting at different heights, even at eye level, but they simply won’t activate unless you are just a few feet away …particularly when approaching from the side. Really disappointed as they otherwise appear really well made, fully sealed, notably bright.Update1: Worth noting the company/seller was amazing, offered an (un-requested) full refund and documented the issue to improve future versions.Update2: This seller is really awesome, they sent me two more replacement lights to test out for free. But the sensors are about the same. If you approach them from the side (like on the side of a house) they simply don’t activate until you are just a few feet away.In the end I’d call it 5-Star for seller. 5-Star for light build quality, 5-Star brightness and 1-Star for the sensor itself. But that sensor is affected strongly by approach direction,, So it might still work perfect for your application!

Installing very easy, I did use the double sided tape very bright.

Each one is mounted about 9’ above the drive. Gets minimal sunlight each day but is still bright enough each time it’s needed. Would by again.

Only 4 stars: Cheap materials / screws: I screwed into wood (pre-drilled holes) with a hand phillips screwdriver and the screw broke off in the wood. I had to go to the hardware store for better screws.Great lights - we installed one by the back steps on partial brightness/motion detect bright - our dog heads down the steps and full brightness pops on. This is cool white and bright so it is a bit hard to look at. I mounted it to my fence. I'll probably move it to a spot on the house where I'd like to have a security light. The glue holding the solar panel in place had come loose and the cheap screws that were provided stripped easily. The switch to changes modes is behind it where one has no access once mounted. If these things were fixed this would be a 5 star product.
